Single activity won't sync

I can't get one of my recent runs to show up in the Garmin Connect app. It's visible as an activity on my watch, and SOME of its data (like steps and calories) are visible in the app, but not the run itself with map, laps, etc. I've run since then, and that subsequent run synced fine and was displayed in the app as expected. How can I get this single run to sync?

I'm using a Forerunner 35 and a Samsung Galaxy S8 with Android Nougat. My Garmin Connect app is version 4.3.

1. Click on "Garmin Forerunner 35" in Devices and Drives on your computer.

2. Click on the "Garmin" folder.

3. Click on the "Activities" folder.

Hi how do I download garmini fr 35 on to my laptop,I am really battling to upload my run from last night,the garmin watch wont upload that one run

your fit file contained two corrupted data records and one corrupted data record definition

removed corrupted records, repaired data record definition, updated file length and recalculated file checksum

call Garmin Support and tell them about your mishap

and point them to this forum post fr35-fit-file-fault-misformed-data-record-cases

when many fit files in your ACTIVITY folder, time for a backup/cleanup operation

Thanks for the reply - I put it though the fit file and can now upload it to strave - but on garmin the upload wont go through - its just stopped at this point (see pic)

I'm in indonesia on weak wifi so this may be it
