FORERUNNER 255 when update 27.10

Hello Garmin people,

I updated my forerunner 255 Music to 27.09 version and just like a *** of a lot of people now only have a watch. 

No sensors is working, I have to use chest HRM to run, I no longer have steps, or floors counting, well you know that cause Garmin launched update 27.10 for the 165 series.

When are you making my watch usable again with a correct update, please ?

It is not acceptable to let down so many customers with so few intel on what is going on and what is being done to resolve the issue. And to correct only the 165 series and not give intel on others watches ?

    If you have not already done so, please complete the following: 

    - Power cycle your watch

    - On your watch go to System> About> check all SW versions to make sure they are not showing 0.00

    - Sync the watch via computer with Garmin Express: How Do I Install Garmin Express Software?

    I agree, this has been a very disappointing response to the issues from Garmin. They should make older firmware available to users so they can downgrade while they work on a fix.

    Been there, done that :( 

    Did it again it proposed an update after the power cycle - but failed and asked me to do it via Garmin Express

    Did it also, supposedly worked but when I go into the SW versions I have 

    "bundle: 27.09*"

    "BMX: 0.0.0(!)"

    "WHR: 0.00.00"

    Despite the BMX issue bluetooth is working fine, I even just used it to find my watch from my phone...

    Also, if I synch several times in garmin express, even after factory reset it always asks for a short 1mn update, no info that it did not work, but no change...

    That is a ridiculous answer from something calling itself "support"
    It sounds like guessing!
    My HRV is unbalance exact since 26 days (have a look when the Version 27.09) went public, and I'm not the only one who has this issue.....suddenly become unbalanced or low in the HRV.
    It's rally sad that a good "health" tool become unuseable only because the firmware has a bad code and the maintainer isn't able to deliver a update to fix this in time!
