Deleted all of my music and even connection to my phone AGAIN !!!!!!!

Time and time again, my 255 Music will (usually after I've done a software update on it) decide to delete my entire music library (Amazon Music plus mp3s) which is almost 700 songs, plus the Amazon Music app sometimes.

I go to access my music this morning and even though I've not updated it recently, it had deleted all of the music, the Amazon Music app and my phone had lost connection to the watch altogether. I've gone through the usual frustrating and time consuming hassle of after adding the watch as a new device all over again, adding the AM app and now currently adding all of my music which takes a few hours.

Any Garmin employees reading this - why oh why oh why does this type of thing keep happening ? It really drives me up the wall ! Has anyone else had this problem either in the past or recently ? I'm not sure if turning my Bluetooth and Wifi off at all times and only turning on Bluetooth when adding an activity will limit this happening.

The ONLY reason I persist with Garmin is as it has onboard music streaming apps like Spotify and Amazon. If they didn't, I would just move to Coros or Suunto as I give up with Garmin.
