Hi all! Today I had a workout as follows:
- run 3 kms 5:55/km
- 8x80meters 4:34/km, 4:20/km, 4:19/km, 4:27/km, 4:23/km, 4:36/km, 4:27/km, 4:35/km, with walking 8x80 (after one run, I had one walking, for 8 times). Walking at about 8:30/km
- run 2 kms 5:19/km
At the end, Garmin assigned a new personal record over 1 km, as 4:58/km
I do not understand how it is evaluated. Are the repeats involved in the record calculation? It seems to me strange as I think 1 km record should be made of continuous run, without walking...
Thanks
