new software version 20.29 fix battery drain of 20.26 version?

just updated the software to 20.29.

since installing 20.26, I've been having serious battery problems like many others. The battery drained twice as fast as it should.

anyone share their experience with the new software version?

Saw the post by Sierra and it's not clear if they tackled the problem on the new update

Hi, under F7/E2 and V3/VA5, a fix was provided (beta), disable this feature (and if you want Garmin Share for test)

I also had a miracle. 20.29 (I hope I'm not shouting) seems to have brought my old watch back so far.
