HR zones not correct

I have a Forerunner 255. I had set my zones as per max HR based on my age. 56 yrs. But the zone calculation is all wrong. I am not sure if I have done anything wrong in the settings. Images attached

Any help will be greatly aporeciated

the garmin lactate threshold test moves you up to 95% of your MHR, i tried some weeks ago and was hard, but its gave me a new MHR, more real

You can, but it is not necessary to do a field maxHR test. Firstly it's really hard (i was out for intervals today - it was 26C and >80% humidity). I've reached 179-180 by my maxHR 182 on 3d till 8th reps.. It's really hard. And secondly Garmin gives us the possibility to calculate maxHR automatically without reaching our limits. It works well for me. You can enable this setting in HR zones options. Once to remark - do every time you get new max HR/LTHR value an HR zones reset to adapt the HR zones to new values, Garmin doesn't do it automatically.
