Headphones cutting out after ten minutes or so...

Bluetooth headphones connect fine initially but cut out after about 10 minutes or so...music becomes increasingly more intermittent to the point of being non-listenable.

Both watch and headphones are fully charged.
I've tried powering off watch and resetting headphones.
Headphones are not paired with any other devices.
I've unpaired & re-paired the headphones.
Problem occurs even when I'm sitting at my desk with my watch as close as possible to the headphones.

Edit:

Problem duplicated with two different sets of headphones.
Problem does not occur when connected to Bluetooth speaker. (No drop outs after 30 minutes of listening)

Same for me with a 265. Exactly the same issue with three different sets/makes of earbuds and now the second 265.

The problem did not occur with my Sennheiser momentum 4, but that does not help for my running.

i have two more sets of eabuds being delivered tomorrow. If the watch doesn’t work with them then I don’t know what I’ll do. But as running with music is an essential feature for me, I guess I’ll have to look for a different watch :|

Same for me in a 255 music. The sound is cutting all time and when use with a activity the problem is worst.

Have you tried to disconnect the phone during activities?

Yes, and stop the activity and start. this happens when i use spotify and simple activity like walking. When stop activity the sync works fine.

Surprised to see this thread resurrected! The solution for me was to purchase a higher quality headphones that pushes out a stronger signal. (I’m my case Shockz Openrun Pro.)

i suspect maybe a bluethoot version, in your case the earbuds working in 5.1 version of bluethoot. I'm use a tranya X5 and the earbuds version is 5.3. I will test in another aearbuds with a 5.1 version of bluethoot.

I solved the problem for me by trying out several earphones and only one of them worked, Anker Soundcore Sport X10. I don’t really like their usability though, so I only use them with my watch.

They are BT 5.2.

I have tried earphones with both 5.1 and 5.3 and they didn’t work.

If you mean how many, I guess about 6, two pairs I already had, and four new ones.

if you mean how do I try new earphones out, I buy online and where I live this gives you the right to return them within a certain period with no reason needed.
