Music cutting out every second or two.

I bought Soundcore Life A1 headphones and paired them with a Garmin Forerunner 255 Music. The music plays without issues for about 20 minutes, but then it starts cutting out every one or two seconds. Incredibly annoying. When I turn the headphones off and back on, I get another 20 minutes of peace, but then the problem returns. Removing previous headphones from the paired list and restarting the watch didn't help. The same headphones don't have this issue with a phone, so it seems to be a problem with the watch. With my previous Adidas RPD01 headphones, the watch worked fine. Do you have any ideas what could be the cause and solution to this problem?

It is worth a try to disable the phone connection while playing music.

I know its not really helpful but maybe if many people complain something will be done. i have the same earbuds and watch and experience the exact same thing. Ive tried everything i found online. Earbuds work great with my phone. Butt my Bose also works great with my watch. I guess its that combo

Same here, exactly the same problem. My feeling is that is has to do with parallel use of HRM (ANT+). If anyone has an idea/solution, I would be happy to hear about it.

I have 2 sets of Sony WF-C500, connected since 2 years to FR255, never had a dropout.

I have swapped From Soundcore A1 to Sony WF-C500 now. They work well. Also little bit better sound and better buttons. However less save and comfortable to wear (for me). Still they work fine for jogging.

I had exactly the same problem with my Forerunner 265. I return the Soundcore A1 headphones... No solution finded.

Same here, Amazon headphones MD65 were working well with my Forerunner 745. I've changed for a 255 Music and I faced this sound cutting issue during my 1st run with it yesterday.
