Watch wont turn on

I just got a new Garmin forerunner 255 today and it will not turn on after I did a software update. It will show me a blue triangle outline when I hold power button any ideas?

You should do HARD RESET. It wipes watch memory, but i works after.

I bought the watch 12 hours ago and had the same issue. What a great welcome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Could you please tell me how to do the HARD RESET? Couldn't find so far
