Prediction Time

It's a prediction using HR/GPS/age/weight data. Way better than my predictions which are heavily overstated, even assuming a perfect course and weather.

there seems to be a bug with the prediction of times. for example on 10k, the estimate suddenly went up as I continue to train normally.
same pb on 5k, semi and marathon.

I did a 10k in 41:53 on Sunday, it didn't change anything.
and during this time, my vo2max continues to increase, it does not make sense.

Your estimation time is under 1% deviation... What would you change?

i want to understand why vo2max increase and time prediction don't decrease and why suddenly increase 3 weeks ago..

and my 41:53 are faked because a lot of rain and wind with d+. my old prediction are correct not the new.

My predictions are very wrong. My current 5K prediction is 33+ minutes. My personal best is sub 20, and I can definitely do sub 25.

I have a theory of what could cause it in my case. When I run, particularly indoors, I typically include the warm up and stretching in the running activity. That could add something like 30 minutes of non-running, which affects the average speed significantly. Maybe that is a factor when the prediction is calculated?

Why you don't use auto pause if you too lazy to press the button?  ;)

I want the entire activity logged. After all, the watch knows when I am running, when I am walking, and when I am not. When computing my running performance, it should base it on running.
