Thank you for your patience. This should have been resolved in SW 14.17. If you still experience this after successfully updating, please start a new thread.

Just installed 14.15, and despite a promising "Fixes issues with starting and stopping activities" in the changelog, the watch still disconnects after starting an activity I'm sooooo disappointed…
I think the majority of users will see your comments as unreadable, and just ignore your posts.
could not agree more with you... let us just send back all the watches with this issue. This does not happen to all their 255 right? Or that we happened to get the faulty set?
Obviously they are fooling us.
Does not matter type of mistake. Under warranty it needs to be replaced with a working unit.
I think we need to step up. Because nothing has been done from developers side if they keep asking same questions over again.
Seems that user 9445304 has got rid of the BT problem after Garmin replaced his product.
Wheras user Artem has the problem also on his replaced watch.
Must be a common setting we maybe are or were using that is not used by all folks. But until now no hints what it could be.
