HRV Status-Anyone seeing a downward spiral?

Has anyone noticed a steady downward spiral ( lower scores) in their HRV status over the last 7 to 10 days?

I have since installing beta firmwares after 12.23.

  • I noticed the same HRV problem from the first day I bought the 955, I've been testing this watch for 11.12 for three weeks now, and I compare HRV with POLAR Vantage V, in the first week there was always a low HRV compared to POLAR, there were also problems with measuring the pulse on the wrist, it rose and fell much slower in comparison with POLAR and a chest pulse sensor connected to the phone for the best comparison, the pulse hovered in one range, for example 80-85, while in fact it was already below 60, or vice versa, he could not rise, fluctuating in the range of 55-58, while on the watch and on the chest heart rate monitor, he was already 80-90, but it was worth just opening the training screen with HR without starting the workout, as the pulse began to compare with the clock and heart rate monitor and in this mode reacted more adequately to HR changes. then I installed a new Data Lover watch face and the pulse became more stable, and from that day on, just once in the next two weeks I encountered the problem of low HRV compared to the POLAR watch. Before that, I used only the built-in dials. I'm sorry for the English, I use a translator. maybe it will help someone, sign up. Data Lover

  • same issue here since 2 weeks.

changed running from every day 5km/30 minutes to 5km every third day one week ago but it does not change anything..

so there is no update in this thread since longer time, what happened?

  • I have the same issue. My sleeping score is also really low. No matter how much I rest still get those low HRV

  • After the update on 13.21, the HRV began to decrease. I feel great. I don't get sick. Loads did not change for a long time. A friend's watch (255S) was recently updated, and from that moment on, the HRV also decreased. Has anyone got it fixed?

  • Could it be a seasonal thing?
    https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/10879418/

"Conclusions: HRV indexes of healthy men vary physiologically by season, with lowest values obtained in the winter."

  • This language is so hard to read Slight smile

  • I'm sorry, but I don't know English. Translated through Google translator. The main idea is that the HRV does not work correctly. Or really it depends on the season.

  • Me too since 2 days a go dropped like a waterfall
