Hello, I have serious issue. When I start some activity, does not matter which one, the watch running for a few minutes and then crashes/restarts. It offers me to continue with the activity. GPS continues monitoring the track but no distance and steps are counted. This crash appears randomly. Sometimes after 100 metres sometimes after 1 km if I am lucky. This caused that I tracked the activity about 2km long with 1500 steps which is impossible because I was just walking. That restart sometimes happens when I just want to setup something on the watch.
It did when it was brand new. Then I made an update. Then factory reset. There is no change. I would like to try maka complete clean FW install but I do not know how.
Any help? This makes from 3 days old watch unusable crap.
