FR 255 Series Missing Training Status

i use the what for two weeks. But i dont have a training condition. There stand alaways no data.

how long i have to wait for that?

yes i only use the normal run activitiy only with multi gps

Sorry I have no idea then - you seem to be doing everything required.

Do you use an external HR belt? If so try a run using the optical sensor.

i only use the watch, i dont have a HR belt.

Perhaps i have to wait some days? In the description there stand i have to use the watch for two weeks to see the training conditions.

the 7 Days training load are not there. at 19.06 i delete the old Gamin 645M watch. And at 27.06.2022 i have the new 255S Music watch.

No, I don't.this the watch is faulty. Its just a software calculation based on HR.

There will be a new 11.x firmware soon - I suggest updating then do a reset (hold light button for 30 seconds) and it will probably start working ok

you mean i have to do a reset now? Or when the update are there?

I hope it dont take so much time when a new update are comming

I would do a reset immediately after the 11.12 update - should be next week I guess
