No steps, no HR on brand new FR 255 Music after upgrade to FW 10.10

I just got the watch yesterday. Everything seemed fine at first, but today the watch is not tracking any steps or HR.

When I go back to check on the steps count history it seems it stopped right after I upgraded the version to 10.10.

Is there a way to revert to a previous FW?

It's working fine here. 255 Music version, have been on 10.10 for a week now.

Have you restarted your Garmin yet?

Then maybe a factory reset? That is the ultimate solution.

I got the FR255s yesterday. At the first, the heart rate green light worked and some HR information was recorded. When I connect the GARMIN Express, it automatically upgraded to software version 10.10. The green light disappreared and HR failed to work. I have tried factory reset. Is it possible to rollback to the older software version? Or other solutions to solve the problem.

Same here and I tried everything and nothing works and I run in heart zones and I'm doing a half marathon on Sunday and I'm so disappointed so I'm looking a fix to it also

Having exactly the same problem. Very frustrating. Have contacted customer support but no response yet....

Mine just updated to the new software version and I didn't have heart rate. I got a warning that something failed during the update. I went through garmin express on the pc and it is working again. Maybe try G.Express

Same here,

Just bought the watch, first activity recorded fine - after the update no heart rate monitoring. Tried factory reset, clearing all app data, still nothing. I don't have a windows or mac computer.

I am fuming!!

Has anyone had any luck contacting garmin?
