Still an issue garmin!
Hi,
I'm experiencing the same issue. I bought this watch for its running capabilities but also for tracking crossfit-like workouts with high intensity. During runs it works like a charm and the HR is…
had great service through the email inquiry system. The operators guided me through about 2-3 steps including a patch and then simply a complete hard re-boot and then reconnect with Connect as a new device and bingo! yes it was 3.52 Beta. This didn't seem to do much but then they got me to reboot entirely and reconnect to Garmin as a new machine and it is now working fabulously well

What do you mean by "reboot entirely"? What did they have you do: a normal reboot, a reset -> clearing user data, or a reset -> factory reset?
hi there it was a factory reset, I believe. Everything went, set units, etc again and reconnected to Garmin Connect as if it were a new device.
This option is voor the 245m so i think i can't use ut voor my 245 ?
