I notice that the training statistics on a fenix 6 are being evaluated for given age brackets. The 'oldest' age group seems to be 70 - 79. I am over 80, reasonably fit, and wonder what the garmin statistics data mean for me? In particular, the daily running training plans seem to be all made up for much younger people. Is there any source for typical training data for people with age > 80 within the Garmin site (or elsewhere)?
