I am pretty sure the answer is "no" but wanted to see if Garmin or any third party ever made a tool to rescue the HR data from a crashed/corrupted activity off a Fenix 5?
Typically you'd do a "download HR data" but since the activity doesn't exist (never saved, spinning circle of death) it cannot.
I have the exact start time and I saw the timer when I hit stop.
I wonder if I could take an old FIT file with similar route and edit the distance and start date/time and as long as it had HRM-TRI attached it might download but wow what a workout.
Garmin DEVs have got to have some kind of ANT+ tool but I doubt they'd ever release to public.
Really exhausted with all the Garmin crashes and corruption on the Fenix 5, I am done with Gamin unless they ever make a full backup/restore tool after hard reset
