New HRM Pro ‘Plus’ strap

Anyone got any info on the new ‘plus’ HRM Pro strap.

feeling very short changed after buying the current HRM Pro alongside my 955. Only for garmin 2 weeks later announce a new strap!!! GRR

I wouldn't feel short changed, all the SW functionality of the Pro Plus is coming to the Pro. The only thing you you won't get is the ability to change batteries without any tools.

Not sure where you see the announcement. I have seen references to it on a few sites, but not Garmin. They are probably a few months away from selling it.

I just ordered a second hrm-pro. I gave my old one to my son. A pro-plus may be nice but not sure what extra it will have. I may get one late next year when I upgrade from my 745 to a 9xx series.

This happened to me too! However I just realized that they wont be selling the HRM-Pro Plus here in Australia anyway, so no real loss.....

Yeah. Kudos to Garmin for providing the same SW features.

Is the same product is just easier to change the battery.

Everytime I would change the battery I would tell my wife they should make it easier without tools, Finally.....

It's only the cover so you can switch them if you prefer. Wasn't aware we had the same restrictions on batteries as across the ditch. Hmm!
