My tacx Flux smart is blinking red/green light. In the tacx smart training app it says: Warning 6.10, Mains voltage to low. Does anyone knows how to solve this problem?

hi, as everybody here, I have today the same problem warning 6.10 with my tacx vortex . I work in electronic device and I decided to open the vortex a the power side. I found 2 or 3 components which had explosed , as you can see the picture I took this evening. My tacx vortex is 3 years old and I think I will contact garmin support and send the picture to have explications.
Same issue! Might it be summer time too hot?

I have the same issue of low voltage warning 6.10 on a Tacx Flux 2 and I have similar components that exploded. Did you get a response from Garmin support?
I contacted Garmin support. They suggested to make some checks: to plug it in a different place of the house, to try a different cable (i used the one from the printer since they were similar)…but it did not solved the issue.
The issue seems to be related with electronic components of the CPU. Although I dismantled everything for own checks, I was not able to see anything damaged.
Since the 2 years guarantee was expired, I got a quotation for repair. In fact, I sent mine and I received a “new” one (probably repaired too) in a week. Looks totally new, with perfect boxing and all accessories. Furthermore, I have 1 year guarantee. Quotation a bit more than 200eur.
hi, I have repaired my tacx , 3 condensator were damaged .
Garmin was not able to help me , i was obliged to do it myselh, it cost about 15€ .
I can help you if you open your tacx and send photo of th electronical card with the components.

Hi Steph, I bought a new Flux S just 2 weeks ago, and had the same problems (power LED blinking red/green). Helpdesk menioned that I should update software (which was already the case). Now they mentioned that in the next firmware update the problem will be solved, but I doubt that if I read your story.
