My tacx Flux smart is blinking red/green light. In the tacx smart training app it says: Warning 6.10, Mains voltage to low. Does anyone knows how to solve this problem?
There is no tacx support in brazil...
I contacted Garmin support. They suggested to make some checks: to plug it in a different place of the house, to try a different cable (i used the one from the printer since they were similar)…but it did not solved the issue.
The issue seems to be related with electronic components of the CPU. Although I dismantled everything for own checks, I was not able to see anything damaged.
Since the 2 years guarantee was expired, I got a quotation for repair. In fact, I sent mine and I received a “new” one (probably repaired too) in a week. Looks totally new, with perfect boxing and all accessories. Furthermore, I have 1 year guarantee. Quotation a bit more than 200eur.
Hi Steph, I bought a new Flux S just 2 weeks ago, and had the same problems (power LED blinking red/green). Helpdesk menioned that I should update software (which was already the case). Now they mentioned that in the next firmware update the problem will be solved, but I doubt that if I read your story.
