How long do you have to wait for an answer from the support?

I have sent my question via the web form on 16th of August and have not received any answer yet.

Then I repeated it on 31st of August and still no answer.

I've phoned them several times or used their chat option and got an immediate answer. The few times I've used the web form or emailing to [email protected] typically takes 3 to 7 days. 3 weeks does seem excessive. I'd suggest calling or using the chat.
