Every time I select 'set-up a wifi network' in Garmin Connect and select 'add network' my Vivoactive 4 switches off. So I can't add Spotify. I have already completed a data reset and it didn't resolve the issue.

The watch is only 14 months old. Very disappointed if that is the case. All of my other Garmin products have been great.

Agree, this is obvious a software/hardware issue with Vivoactive4 while so many people are having identical problems.
Insist on replacement when the watch is used properly and it is within its economic lifetime (don’t know how long that is, but surely longer than 2,5 years )…
It would be great and fair if Garmin would open up on this and give some information on this forum!
