I’m owner of the watch since yesterday (27.07.2025) and there were no problems setting the watch. Today it started freezing and rebooting constantly. Tried resetting but got into reboot loop. Has anyone know how can be fixed or just to return the watch. Very disappointing, as it’s my third Garmin watch and never had issues before. 
Same problem happened to me last week.
You have to hold the 2 buttons for about 10 seconds, until it vibrates, then release the 2 buttons, et press them together again. It will hard reset and should start…
Mine was faulty unit. Garmin sent me a new unit.
I sent it back to Garmin Customer Service and received a new one in 3 or 4 days. I did not get any problem wirh this new unit!
