Venu X1 stuck on reboot loop on day 2. The watch is unusable and can’t hard reset

I’m owner of the watch since yesterday (27.07.2025) and there were no problems setting the watch. Today it started freezing and rebooting constantly. Tried resetting but got into reboot loop. Has anyone know how can be fixed or just to return the watch. Very disappointing, as it’s my third Garmin watch and never had issues before.

Same problem happened to me last week.

You have to hold the 2 buttons for about 10 seconds, until it vibrates, then release the 2 buttons, et press them together again. It will hard reset and should start just fine.

However, mine was faulty, it was rebooting 10 or 20 times a day. I had to send it to Garmin customer Service and hope to get a working unit...
