Venu 3 - After most recent upgrade battery life drain issue - Down 35% battery in less than 19 hours with 1 activity of 2 hours (non GPS) recorded.

Basically as the title states. I had great battery life on my watch until I installed the latest update for the watch.

Venu 3 - Down 35% battery in less than 19 hours with 1 activity of 2 hours (non GPS) recorded.

Anyone else seeing battery drain recently with venu 3?

Something my Venu 3 would have very quick battery drain for no reason. It's happening not very often, probably once in 2 months but hard restart always help.

I do restart by pushing and holding top…

Avg drain w 10.20: 8-9% / day without VO2 measurement during night

with 11.14 it is 18-19% . This update is horrendous, practically no new functionality and a massive core capability bug.

As of right now I just reset to default settings - I will recharge to 100% and monitor.

After past upgrades the solution appeared to be to switch off your watch for up to 30 seconds then switch it on again. The restart from the upgrade process is insufficient.

I experience exactly the same. Battery life was fine until 10.20, now I have a battery drain rate of 1.35% per hour.

I even did a master reset but it didn't help. I hope that this issue gets fixed soon. My three year old vivoactive 4s has a longer battery life than my venu3 right now...

Battery life on my Venu 3 is suddenly very poor. Used to be really good, i'd get 7 to 10 days between charges. Today, i'm losing 10% in an afternoon, sitting at my desk. AOD is off, always has been. Not sure what changed, but something is draining the battery very quickly. Any advice?

Same here. It used to be OK till about a month ago, and now it lasts around 2 days. I removed all apps and watch faces, reset, etc., but it keeps the same. Hope Garmin fixes this soon with a firmware upgrade, otherwise I will ask for a return (too far away from the battery life promised).

I do restart by pushing and holding top button on the right side of watch for about 30 seconds until screen turned off(black). After another 30 seconds I push the same button for about 2-3 seconds to turn watch on.

My watch has battery life drain issue from last night, I did nothing but sleep and the battery life lost nearly 20%. Now my watch is still drain the battery at 3%/hr. I checked my watch at 8 am it was 39% now it is 11 am the battery is 31%.

The most strange thing is everything is good before yesterday. It seems like the watch firmware stucks in some strange states from yesterday.
