Venu 2 update to 15.11 stuck on "Download successful"

update to 15.11 stuck on "Download successful"

Hi,

I downloaded the software update in my watch. Once finished downloading it is getting stuck with "Download successful".

Please advise

Did you try force shutting down the watch then turning on again?

Yes, I did.

But even though, just to be clear. the watch itself is not stuck. The update process is stuck.

When I click button B it just returns to the main screen (watchface) without updating to 15.11.

I saw this very same behavior.

It looks like the update file may be corrupt. We will want to remove the file and download a new one. For steps on doing so, please reach out to your local Garmin Support team.
