Garmin Connect does not offer to update 5.27 ... Is this normal? I had made the update 5.18 is this related?

If the battery drain persists and if you have any Connect IQ (CIQ) Content, especially watch faces, you may need to delete that content
Hey Garmin-Kevin, do the CIQ faces need to be removed or is it sufficient to test by using a Garmin face for a few days for comparison? If you are not using the CIQ face it should not affect battery, right?
I'm running SW Ver 5.27 and when I try to sync over Wi-Fi I'm experiencing the following: Looking for Wi-Fi networks -> Transfer in Progress -> Transfer failed
When syncing over Bluetooth it works.
I tried power cycling the watch but the problem persists. Is this a problem with garmin servers or a sw problem?
