i tried Connecting the usb no my Windows computer and fix with garmin express but not working .

Hello , My Lily is dead with the white Triangle since April 26 , and Garmin Express does not recognize it , Has ANYONE been able to connect it and update version with the watch in this state ( white triangle) .Is there a solution for this ?? please advice, if there is no solution please let us know if we need to ask for a refund, replacement , etc !
