Garmin Lily - unreliable

I have had my Lily since around Feb/March and had high hopes it would be as good as the hype suggested.  But to say I am disappointed would be an understatement.

It constantly disconnects from my phone,  even when the phone is literally in my pocket or less than 1 foot away from the watch.  It contstantly buzzes through the day connecting and disconnecting in a never ending loop at random times.  The only way to stop it is to put it on the charger or if I am lucky re-sinc to the app works sometimes.  Other times it disconnects itself with no notification at all so I dont notice until quite a while later.

The weather widget is never accurate, not even close.  Nothing I have done gets it to reflect the weather where I am.  Currently it tells me it is 25 degress outside,  but it is actually 12 degrees!.  So it isnt a little bit off as you would expect, being all weather apps vary slightly,  but it doesnt even appear to be giving me weather from the right location.

It randomly freezes and the only way to fix it is to plug it in to the charger.  This does fix the issue but any activity is lost and by the time I actually get home to get to the charger my watch has been useless for the remainder of my time away from home.

I have plugged into my laptop,  I charge regularly, I sync regularly and nothing has improved.  Any suggestions on how to improve its performance?
