Garmin Lily stops counting steps during walk.

Just walked almost 6 miles and it shows 4900 steps. My Samsung Health app shows 12000. During my walk the Lily went unresponsive. Double tapped the face several times and nothing. Came home and plugged it in and battery was at 70%.
