Unable to Install Software Update 2.12

Hello, yesterday I saw in garmin connect information about the software update for my scala s2, update to version 2.12, but this notification has disappeared and the scala is still 2.08

has Garmin canceled this update?

While rolling out this software update, we found that some users were unable to complete the software update under the normal procedure. We are currently working on an update and a procedure that will allow all users to install this update. At this time, I do not have any information on the Change Log for this update or a timeline for expected roll out. Once this update is available, I'll be sure to post that information in the forum for this device.

If anyone wanted confirmation of how highly (or is that lowly?) Garmin regards its scales, then this response confirms it. Nine months since the update first surfaced and nothing since. It shouldn't take that long to fix!
