Unable to Install Software Update 2.12

I'm still waiting. I refuse to do any reset shenanigan's that mean more work for me.

Edit: Oh wait, Garmin Web now says there is an update available. I did use the scale a few hours ago. So lets see what happens on the next weight-day.

I did a reset. All settings i had are all good. But no update as expected.

There is one more bug.
Connect says wi fi setup incomplete. In User Settings there is nothing it wants. The Display Name is in other directory and it is entered

I've had that 'wi-fi setup incomplete' message in Garmin Connect since day one. Despite the fact all the settings and display name are present.  Hopefully it doesn't impact anything in terms of updates.

It can be coincidence, but I did that and the scale started its update process.

So today was weight day, the result is that the update notification for 2.12 is gone and Garmin Web tells me 2.08 is the newest.

Still no show of the update this morning, so I reset the scales and it downloaded immediately. I had to do the same for the previous update (2.08). Obviously something not working here...

The system doesn't show me any updates either. And I will not reset the scale just to get the update. As long as no Garmin employee writes something about it, I won't change anything.
Especially since the update probably won't fix the body fat problem anyway.
