Index S2 Smart Scale: Pairing Failed

I’ve just received my Index S2 Smart Scales and the Garmin Connect App goes through the process of connecting however never actually makes the connection and come up with Pairing Failed - Retry. I’ve got 2 watches successfully paired with Garmin Connect and I’ve rest the scales and the app countless times?…

  • This device is useless without pairing and I've wasted an hour. Please help.

  • Same here, even tried a different device with no success.  Watch connected no issues.  Now I have a pretty paper weight.   Will je returning if unable to connect.  

  • i wish I had read all of these posts about the S2 not connecting on Bluetooth,. I have the same problem so the product is 100% useless. I will get the money back but I have wasted time dealing with this crap. This bug has been around for 3 years and it is still not fixed. Garmin is treating like we are complete idiots.
