I can’t get messages to my kids Garmin bounce with any reliability despite paying the LTE plan. Why is this so dicey?? It’s a key reason I’ve for the product. Thanks.

I've been experiencing this issue for a year now, ever since we first got the Bounce for my kids. Messaging and location tracking updates are routinely delayed, often by hours. These devices are completely…
We got our eldest a Bounce for Christmas. It’s been utterly unreliable for all 3 months. I hoped things would get sorted out. We live in Toronto, so I’m sure the network infrastructure is OK.…
Yeah same, this is BS, Garmin needs to fix this. I have friends that have the same with their kids. I think a competitor will come along without these issues and everyone will switch. We have these watches…

No only intermittently. I had to remove and repair the device, worked short term.
For those who have not already contacted Product Support for assistance with their Bounce watch, we would like to investigate your reports further. To get the process started please answer the questions below:
I had the same issue. It seems the watch can send out messages okay but the watch doesn't receive them in a timely manner. It can take an hour or more. Unless we send a message from the watch to the app, then the messages from app to watch flood in on the watch. I've done research and it seems a lot of people have this issue. Garmin support said it doesn't sound like an LTE problem since it sends one way no issue. I just returned the watch.
Thanks, I've sent you an email.
To me? I haven’t received one.
No, that was a reply to the user that posted prior to you. Since you have already returned the watch there wouldn't be a need to email.
