Live track not tracking

I just got the Bounce yesterday. I wanted to test out the Live Track and it does not want to track. How can this be fixed?

Just gave up. I will try to sell it on Ebay since I missed the return date. Totally useless. The worst is that my son is 10yo now and this product bacame silly to him

Not only did live track not get fixed, and no one seems to care, but my 11 year old fell down a 3 foot ditch on his bike and activated his assistance button, and his father and I both sent about 20 texts trying to find him over the course of 20 min, thinking he had gotten kidnapped as there was no sign of him or his bike anywhere. It wasn't until he was in the car with me that all the texts came flooding in. It wasn't a spot that we don't get cell service.

We gave up on this watch. We went through some steps with tech and still didn’t work. We ended up buying a watch with our cell phone service that does exactly what we wanted. It tracks him, text, and phone calls restricted to just the parents. It’s a shame that my husband and I are huge Garmin fans for years and they just screwed up what could’ve been a great watch for kids.

Having the same problem. Two kids, two bounces. Both have stopped being able to be located via either a refresh or live track. the batteries are also draining super fast, lasting less than 4 hours from 100% charge. Has anyone had any luck resolving?
