New Edge Explore 2 Version 20.18 Now Available

Probably they'll announce 20.18 next month (as they did with other changes recently... a month later)

they rolled it back. It's not there any more

and it's here again, this time it downloaded.... installing now. I hope I won't regret it

Apart from bug fixes, have any new features or improvements been added?

there's a changelog that you can see in garmin express before the upgrade. There wasn't any feature (which is strange from Garmin, but it's a welcome change)\The reason I upgraded is that there was some fix related to Hebrew keyboard. otherwise i would've waited

I had hoped for the "Climb Detection" for unplanned routes (if you are not navigating) as with almost all other Edge devices. But unfortunately not again.

So, still not option to usefully edit 3 predefined activity profiles....

Me too. You can already be warned of busy roads, so the Climb Detection should not really be a technical problem. The new Edge Explore 2 now also has enough computing power and memory.
