pairing with mahle x35+ (orbea vibe) does not work - does anyone have any ideas?

I can't manage to pair the explore 2 with the mahle x35+. Pairing the mahle x35+ with the EPIX works perfectly, as well as with the cell phone. I can't see the x35+ as a ebike sensor in explore 2.

has anyone had similar experiences or a solution for this?

UPDATE: i have found a solution! After I identified the bike ID (by pairing with the EPIX watch) I was able to perform the pairing by manually entering the ID on explore 2... :-) nevertheless something is wrong, because every device recognizes the bike, but not the explore 2 (pairing only by manually entering the bike ID)
