Have anyone successfully send a bug report to garmin? I have a suspicion that there aren't any humans there because I get the same generic response asking the same questions even though i provide the answers.

Where are you located? I'm in the US and I they usually pickup the phone after about 10 minutes on hold. I've always found them to be fast to respond. I get email responses within 24 hours.
I'm in Poland. There is a Polish support also on the phone but they can't help beyond simple problems.
I have a problem similar to one described on the forum. I sent them the link and said that it's exactly like that and they keep sending me a generic response to provide bug description despite I provided it already.
IMHO it's a bug and I can trace it back to certain FW version so it would be easy to reproduce on their side.
