You need to contact Garmin Support directly to remove any 'hope' from the equation.

I've had the exact same issue on Vivoactive 3....had to change to a cheap alternative..(.also silicone which has no issues whatsoever). I also have had a Fenix 5 and Forerunner 645 and zero issues with the rash on my skin.

It is also a little bit softer. My partner dosent have any problems with the original band.
(1) How accurate is the heart rate monitor, sleep tracking, battery life and step tracking? Is there any issues with skin rashes or irritations from the heart rate monitor or the charging contacts?
