    Regular cleaning may help with the irritation. After an activity where I sweat a lot, I always give the back of the watch a quick wipe with some rubbing alcohol. I also occasionally clean the band in warm water with a bit of dish soap. I imagine the salt…

    I love my new Vivoactive 3 Music.  However, the band on it really hurts the skin on my wrist. It causes rashes and irritation whether or not the band is fitted or kept loose.

    Anyone else have this problem? It really hurts. Did you buy a replacement band…

    A number of possibilities here:

    * A small percentage of people react to the nickel in stainless steel (eg. the Fenix 5 series), but it is less common with the plastic of the 935. Skin reaction to the resins in the OHR sensor are a possibility.
