Not sure what is causing this. I’ve had the watch for a while now and all of a sudden this is happening. I haven’t worn the watch in 2 days and this marking hasn’t gone away. I don’t wear it tightly.

Same thing happened to me. Just had to let it heal and it never happened again. Wore it on the other arm. Support said it was because there was sweat residue. On the run before the burn appeared,my watch did a weird low power read. Then it came back to where the battery level had been. Something like that, something odd. It’s been at least a year without a repeat incident so I think it’s not maintenance but something inside the watch caused the burn.
