Versio 15.77 - In the AUTO mode of the satellites the battery drains too quickly. In a 3-hour activity in the mountains, with very little closed area and clear skies, it lost between 12% and 14% battery.
I would try to call, or use the chat option. Email is not always reliable nowadays.
BTW, you can also try the tips in the Troubleshooting guide for high battery drain, it does often help.

I never doubted the existence of bugs, accuracy issues or battery drain. It's just that you jumped to conclusions about Log HRV and HRV Status and are still digging in your heels, even though both are unrelated.
