Did you try a recovery tool as advised by seilogramp? If the recovery tool did not find any deleted file, then you can only add the activity manually (or run again).
My advice is to record a short run, then editing it and adjusting the distance so that…
Are you wearing the HRM-Run here?
If so is how cadence would be computed in a timed activity.
In any case, if you do a Run activity (and presume a Hike one) without GPS or a foot pod then the pace (and hence distance) is modelled from your arm swing…
Honestly, I do not think any GPS firmware(or any GPS only watch) will ever help in downtown areas with tall buildings. Best bet with the 935 will be a footpod (calibrated if not a Stryd) for both distance and pace. Leave the GPS on for the pretty maps…
The stamina % is not that useful per se as a number, but the predicted distance and time that can be sustained moving forward is useful, whether you are doing long/short intervals, or long/short runs.
I think stamina-led distance and/or time shines in any…
Did anybody try this out yet?
I am using a Stryd Live and the pace/speed target gauge was obviously calculating using GPS values instead of accurate distance from Stryd. Same for current lap pace. Footpod settings: Pace/Distance Always.
