Hello people, I am a newbie to this site and to Garmin fitness, I have one question that I hope doesn't sound to ridiculous or silly, Why is there no choice on Activity type in Garmin Connect to put in Cardio Training, there seems to be everything else from running, swimming, walking cycling etc, even indoor cardio, but no Cardio or outdoor cardio which is what I do for fitness, don't want to sound like a whinger but is there anyway to have this added?
Hi there, I do high repetition training, things like box jumps, weighted squats, push ups, crunches, mountain climbers, burpees etc etc, no a lot of running but some short distance in between sets, I do it to get my heart rate up and to get cardio fitness. Its just that there is no option to add 'cardio fitness' there is indoor cardio, which I suppose I could use, but I do almost all my training outside.
