  • RE: Wouldn't it be possible to add putting?

I just purchased a Garmin R10 and while it would be nice to have putting, would rather see the development team focused on improving the distance accuracy to the Garmin R10.  I know my yardages and using the Garmin app my distances are 20 to 30 yards short…

I'm no electronic engineer, but I suspect that you can't really change the power consumption of the chipset. What Garmin could do is to leave us more control on the algorithm which is adjusting the distance. What does your run say for the pure GPS distance…

Have a look at your speed and candence graphs
I’d like to bet there’s loads of drop outs which would explain your short reported distance

my previous F5 was atrocious with my speed and cadence sensor but the replacement I have is pretty good

Can you add Elevation changes to Home Tee Hero please? This literally fixed my short distance issues with my Garmin R10 basement setup.

With Elevation set to 10,000 in E6 Connect settings my readings are almost bang on accurate compared to a UNEEKOR EYE…

With beta 23.83 I run a short Cycling activity

The length and the pace is very strange for an short track. Inside the .fit File there are crazy jumps in distance.

if kpi< 1 rider will fall short and lacking distance to finish should be shown

this kpi is a calculated one based on rider power-time graph and race track power data

The distance must be a bit short, right ? On a track, it's not easy for the Sony chip... Did you try wearing the F6 on the inner wrist? It really gives me good results every time. Not perfect, but quite solid.

Hi, I tried to fix Altimeter/Barometer/GPS distance issues.

    Conclusion:

    I've read https://support.garmin.com/en-US/?faq=qyfmQF7Au284m7pXMi5ie9

I have cleaned the barometer hole following Garmin intructions & I've calibrated the altimeter & barometer…

I didn't mean to imply that auto-pause was the issue. Normally the speed dropping to zero triggers auto-pause. Data is not recorded when the Edge pauses. I was just commenting that there were no gaps in your data.

With the speed dropping out and…
