How can it always be that I burned more calories diring a sportactivity than the total amount of calories it gives for the whole day?

Hey,

So I am use to fitbit where it would show me my TOTAL calorie burn and my calories consumed and would tell me what I had left(if any). 

I am not use to garmin where it’s only showing me active calories burn and then I’m logging food in myfitnesspal…

Is anyone else having issues with screen burn/image ghosting?

I've only had the watch 3 months, have AOD off and screen brightness on the lowest setting but already have issues
