• Add exercises not present in the Garmin connect list

    Hi. Is it possible to add new exercises that are not present in the Garmin connect list? I need to create personalized workouts but with exercises that I can't find in the list in Garmin Connect. Is there a way to import them? Thanks

    I own a Total Gym and am trying to create a new strength workout for it.  There are no comparable exercises for the Total Gym.  Is there a way to add a new exercise that is not in the pre-loaded drop down list?

    Yes, of course, you can add it as a new Workout. Go to GC Mobile Menu » Training » Workouts » Create a Workout, choose the Cardio category, and set up the workout in the way you wish.
