mine is the same using jaybird vista's
latest firmware and also keeps stopping after about 3 minutes

Is the folder the downloaded software is in, just grab the GUPDATE file and stick it in the /Garmin folder on the watch
FWIW, just in case others happen to be reading this, I've been making a conscious effort to push off the wall strongly per the suggestions from Garmin and it has definitely made a huge difference in the accuracy.
When I first saw this heading, I was thinking of some device you wear and if you fall below your selected speed setting (on a bike, or pace when running) the device shocks you like a cattle prod. Now THAT would be interesting! :)
