You have to connect HRM Pro to the Garmin Connect App on phone to sync the tracked data on HRM Pro. And don't forget to activate the TrueUp functionality to avoid doubled data.

The H10 appears to only allow one BT connection
H10 have the possibillity to use two BT connections, but you need to activate the second one. I use the Polar Beat app to configure my H10. Maybe its also possible to use Polar Flow app nowadays…
